101. Create a New Dress for a Torn Italy…

I spent two days in Sardinia…not much to tell, my house was my bat-zodiac moored in the marina of Porto Rotondo.

The weather throughout the weekend was not as I had hoped… but I needed to relax and bat-zodiac was moored near a small beach, ideal for playing ball with our two dogs, Lupo and Rosa!

On our first night we go to Porto Cervo. It seems to be in the middle of winter. The beautiful old port is totally deserted… I have never seen it like this before!

We take a short walk in the small main square… we are alone with our dogs… desolation… I let them off their leashes to run free!

The only thing that makes me realize that we are on the famous Costa Smeralda is the price of two cocktails in the bar at the center of the square, 75 Euros! Madness!

We end our evening out in our favorite pizza place, “Il Pomodoro” [The Tomato], the mussel soup was not up to last year… the pizza was excellent!… white wine… not bad. We spend less than the two drinks! 58 Euros… Recommended!

A wonderful DVD film on the small screen of the bat-zodiac… but do not think that the evening ends in this way… I spend half of the night on Twitter! It pleases me to see the admiration people feel for me… certainly for my fashion… but I think my spontaneity surprises them! The thoughts that we exchange with the short,140-character messages bring us closer together and unite us “con simpatia!”

In my last blog I told you about my thoughts… my dreams. On Twitter I am presenting a designer different from the one you imagined, colored like my fashion… with a positivity and personality transmitted through my words!

Some people are on Twitter to comment in a humorous and a light, vulgar, less formal way…

Through my ideas I would like to help young people “create a new dress for a torn Italy…” thoughts that cannot leave them indifferent.

My reactions, my answers are calm and reasonable… I’ve been preaching that you shouldn’t practice politics by screaming like Bebbe Grillo or by insulting one another as some government parties are doing. The quiet humor of my answers often leaves my attackers unarmed! Civility softens them… “do not imagine such a person” …”sorry about that…”

I am so excited by all the manifestations of “simpatia” that I have started a new Twitter account @UNITI_ITALIA. This will be my springboard to introduce, with sweetness and education, the spontaneity of my ideas…!

The Twitter account @Roberto_Cavalli will always be dedicated to my fashion… the designer who proposes and recommends…!

101. Creare un Nuovo Abito per un’Italia Lacerata…

Ho Trascorso Due Giorni in Sardegna… non ho molto da raccontarvi, la mia casa è stata il mio bat-gommone ormeggiato nel porticciolo di Porto Rotondo.

Il tempo durante tutto il weekend non è stato come avevo sperato… ma avevo bisogno di rilassarmi e il bat-gommone era ormeggiato vicino a una piccola spiaggia, l’ideale per giocare a palla con Lupo e Rosa!

La prima sera siamo andati a Porto Cervo. Sembrava di essere in pieno inverno. Il bellissimo porto vecchio era completamente deserto… non l’avevo mai visto così!

Abbiamo fatto una giratina in piazzetta, eravamo soli con i nostri cani… e vista la desolazione li ho lasciati liberi e senza guinzaglio!

L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto capire di essere nella famosa Costa Smeralda è stato il prezzo di due aperitivi nel bar al centro della piazza, 75 Euro! Follia!

Abbiamo quindi terminato la serata nella nostra pizzeria preferita, “Il Pomodoro”, la zuppa di cozze non era all’altezza dell’anno scorso… la pizza era ottima! Vino bianco… non male. Abbiamo speso meno dei due aperitivi! 58 Euro… Consigliabile!

Un bellissimo film in dvd nel piccolo schermo del bat-gommone e non crediate che la serata sia terminata in questo modo… ho trascorso buona parte della notte su Twitter…! Mi diverte scoprire l’ammirazione che tantissimi ragazzi provano per me… sicuramente per la mia moda… ma credo che sia la mia spontaneità a meravigliarli! I pensieri che ci scambiamo nei messaggi di 140 caratteri ci avvicinano e ci uniscono con simpatia!

Nel mio ultimo Blog vi ho confidato i miei pensieri… i miei sogni. Su Twitter cerco di presentare un designer diverso da come mi immaginate, colorato come la mia moda… con positività e personalità che vi trasmetto attraverso le mie parole!

Alcuni sono su Twitter per commentare in maniera spiritosa e volgare certi personaggi…

Attraverso le mie idee vorrei aiutare i giovani a “creare un nuovo abito per un’Italia lacerata…” pensieri che non possono lasciarli indifferenti.

Le mie reazioni, le mie risposte sono calme e ragionevoli… Sto predicando che la politica non si fa urlando come Grillo o offendendo come stanno facendo i partiti di governo. La calma, talvolta divertente, delle mie risposte lascia spesso senza replica i miei assalitori! Li addolcisce con risposte tipo “non la immaginavo una persona così, ci scusi…”

Sono talmente eccitato da tutte le manifestazioni di simpatia che ho iniziato un nuovo account su Twitter @UNITI_ITALIA. Questo, sarà il mio trampolino per far conoscere, con dolcezza e educazione, la spontaneità delle mie idee…!

L’account Twitter @Roberto_Cavalli sarà sempre dedicato alla mia moda… il designer che propone e consiglia…!
