248. Miami, Beautiful Women… Fashion… Art… Perfect Climate…

The flight from Milan to Miami lasted about ten hours. I am relatively tired but I do not have the time to go to the hotel… a helicopter is waiting for me with its engines running to take me to the event organized by Saks Fifth Avenue at their flagship boutique in Boca Raton.

After the fashion show presentation of my Collection Spring/Summer 2014 I had the pleasure of meeting my most loyal clients. The evening continued with a wonderful dinner in a beautiful villa…

I can feel the jet lag but the show must go on and a good night’s sleep will refresh me.

Tomorrow will be a day full of appointments. I also want to check the progress of the work at the Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge before its imminent opening.

And then art, art and more art… during the month of December Miami Beach hosts Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the largest art shows in the world, an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of art forms, drawing… painting… photography… experimentation… here every form of art is contemplated. There are more than 400 galleries from all over the world exhibiting their most significant works of art during Art Basel Miami Beach. For a lover of art and experimenter as I am this is an event not to be missed…

Miami is an amazing location, tropical climate, unique architecture and beautiful women, I love the Art Deco Architecture District. Here the colors are unique, different from any other place, strong, saturated colors… alive… they reflect the life-style here…

Perfect weather, beautiful women, art… my fashion… I am in heaven!

Il volo da Milano a Miami è durato circa dieci ore, sono relativamente stanco ma non ho il tempo per passare dall’hotel… un elicottero mi attende con i motori accesi per portarmi all’evento organizzato da Saks Fifth Avenue presso la boutique di Boca Raton.

Dopo la sfilata di moda con la presentazione della mia Collezione Primavera/Estate 2014 ho avuto il piacere di incontrare le mie clienti più affezionate. La serata è poi proseguita con una splendida cena in una bellissima villa…

Incomincio a sentire gli effetti del jet-lag… “the show must go on…” una buona dormita mi rimetterà in forma.

Domani sarà una giornata piena di appuntamenti. Voglio anche verificare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori al Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge prima dell’imminente apertura.

E poi arte, arte e ancora arte… durante il mese di Dicembre Miami Beach ospita l’Art Basel Miami Beach, una delle maggiori fiere d’arte internazionali, un’occasione da non perdere per immergersi nelle forme d’arte più disparate, disegno… pittura… fotografia… sperimentazione… qui ogni forma d’arte è contemplata. Sono oltre 400 le gallerie d’arte provenienti da tutto il mondo che espongono le opere d’arte più significative durante l’Art Basel di Miami Beach. Per un appassionato di arte e sperimentatore come sono io questo è un evento imperdibile…

Miami è una località incredibile, clima tropicale, donne bellissime e un’architettura unica, adoro l’Art Deco Architecture District.
Qui i colori sono unici, diversi da qualsiasi altro luogo, forti, saturi, vivi… colori che riflettono lo style di vita di questi posti…

Clima perfetto, belle donne, arte… la mia moda… un paradiso terrestre!

Vado a sorseggiare un invitante Mojito che mi strizza l’occhiolino…
