On occasion of the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival, Roberto Cavalli has opened his first boutique at 67 Boulevard de La Croisette, with a cocktail on the beach and a dinner aboard his yacht.
Distributed over a surface of 200 square meters, the store will embody the modern elegance of the Cavalli world, and will affirm, in a spectacular way, the Maison’s concept of a ‘global fashion store’, already present in the grand Paris boutique.
At 19.30 the guests met Roberto in the boutique and celebrated this important and significant occasion with him on the ‘Miramar’ beach which faces the shop, decked out for the occasion as a temporary Cavalli club.
Against the backdrop of the music of Cecile Togni, the famous French DJ from the group ‘Les Putafranges’ an aperitivo was served Italian-style: amid cushions and fabric decorated with the signature print of the Maison. The vibrant music entertained guests who danced until sunset.
At 22.00 on board the ‘RC’ yacht owned by Eva and Roberto Cavalli, a private dinner took place, followed by a dancing party until the late hours.
An Italian menu with a fish base, 70’s and 80’s music mixed by ‘Les Putafranges’, many celebrity guests celebrated the much-awaited party making it one of the most glamourous and exclusive of the Cannes Film Festival week.
Among those who attended were: Afef, Aissa Maiga, Bar Rafaeli, Brooke Shields, Carine Roitfeld, Elisabetta Canalis, Eva Riccobono, Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Laetitia Casta, Stefano Accorsi, Luke Evans, Natasha Yarovenko, Renzo Rosso, Ronnie Wood, Rosario Dawson, Sonam Kapoor, Vladimir Roitfeld, Alessandra D’Ambrosio, Ana Beatriz Barros, Janet Jackson, Lady Victoria Harvey.
