This fantastic Collection has given me a great deal of personal and professional satisfaction. I really enjoyed myself during the creative process, from the first sketches on paper to the computer modelling and then the choice of fabrics, the prints and colours…

Senza Confini… A collection without boundaries…

Months of work summarized in a fifteen minute Fashion Show. Fifteen minutes to tell you about my passion for life, nature, colours and travel!

Attentive interviews before the Fashion Show, journalists, photographers, the usual excitement of anticipation that the last minute brings with it… the adrenaline is pumping… in a moment the lights will dim and the colours will shine…

La cura sartoriale nella realizzazione dei capi, l’eleganza delle forme, i tessuti pregiati… una collezione rock!

Questa fantastica collezione mi ha dato molte soddisfazioni personali e professionali. Mi sono divertito molto nella fase creativa, dai primi schizzi su carta ai modelli elaborati al computer, e poi la scelta dei materiali, le stampe, i colori…

No Boundaries… Una collezione senza confini…

Mesi di lavoro riassunti in una sfilata di quindici minuti. Quindici minuti per raccontarvi la mia passione per la vita, per la Natura, per i colori, per i viaggi!

Le interviste prima della sfilata, i giornalisti, i fotografi, l’emozione e l’attesa che precedono l’inizio di ogni sfilata, l’adrenalina è al massimo, tra pochi istanti si spegneranno le luci e si accenderanno i colori…

Vi lascio con le foto e il video della sfilata che vi consentiranno di vedere in prima persona le tendenze della moda maschile per la prossima stagione invernale…

351. A Long Seemingly Endless Wait…

The long, interminable wait before a Fashion Show starts comes to an end the very moment pilots call the PNR or point-of-no-return. The point of no return is when you are taking off and it is no longer possible to brake, you must take off at any cost…

My point of no return is that moment that precedes a Fashion Show when you can no longer change the collection, the only possible action is to give maximum power to the engines and take off… you are committed.

The point of no return is always preceded by months and months of work. Sometimes it can happen, when you are creating a collection, that you realize that changing a cut or a colour combination will allow you to make those last minute adjustments to the dresses that will make the collection so special…

The mix of accessories, the sequence on the catwalk, the music, the lights, the location, the invitations… every detail is important and every detail can be changed… but only until the point-of-no-return…

Now is the time to push the engines to maximum power. We are taking off!!!

The Men’s Collection Fall/Winter 2015-16 Fashion Show will be on Tuesday, January 20th at 12:30 p.m. at Palazzo Serbelloni in Corso Venezia 16, Milan.

351. Una Lunga Interminabile Attesa…

La lunga, interminabile attesa che precede ogni sfilata è quel momento che i piloti chiamano PNR o punto-di-non-ritorno. Il punto di non ritorno è quando ci si trova in fase di decollo e non è più possibile frenare, a quel punto bisogna decollare ad ogni costo.

Il mio punto di non ritorno è quel momento che precede una sfilata e non è più possibile modificare la collezione, l’unica azione possibile è dare la massima potenza ai motori e decollare…

Il punto di non ritorno è sempre preceduto da mesi e mesi di lavoro, a volte può capitare di creare una collezione e rendersi conto che cambiando il taglio o gli accostamenti di colore si ottengono quegli abiti che erano destinati a rendere la collezione così speciale…

Gli accostamenti degli accessori, le uscite sulla passerella, la musica, le luci, la location, gli inviti… ogni dettaglio è importante e ogni dettaglio può essere modificato, ma soltanto fino al punto-di-non-ritorno…

È giunto il momento di spingere i motori a massimo, siamo in fase di decollo…

L’appuntamento con la collezione Uomo Autunno/Inverno 2015-16 è per Martedì 20 Gennaio alle ore 12:30 a Palazzo Serbelloni in Corso Venezia 16 a Milano.

How is a Collection born…? From an idea… from a memory… from a trip…

Travelling is my main source of inspiration, I observe, I capture in images all that surrounds me…

With each new collection, I always repeat “This is my best collection… it will be impossible to create a more beautiful one…”, but then, regularly, I disprove myself and am surprised by every new collection.

The creation of a new collection is a process, a process that comes from the desire to express what we have in our hearts, to externalize our feelings through shapes, textures and colors, trying to imitate the greatest designer of all time, God.

What is your source of inspiration?

350. Come nasce una Collezione…

Come nasce una Collezione…? Da un’idea… da un ricordo… da un viaggio…

Viaggiare è la mia fonte di ispirazione principale, osservare, catturare in immagini tutto quanto mi circonda…

Ad ogni nuova collezione mi ripeto sempre “Questa è la mia collezione migliore… sarà impossibile crearne una più bella…”, ma poi, regolarmente, mi smentisco e ad ogni nuova collezione riesco a sorprendermi!

Creare una nuova collezione è un processo, un processo che nasce dal desiderio di esprimere quello che abbiamo nel nostro cuore, di esternare le nostre sensazioni attraverso le forme e i colori, cercando di imitare uno dei più grandi designer di ogni tempo, Dio.

Qual è la vostra fonte d’ispirazione?
