266. An important week…

I have a very important week ahead… two fashion shows, Just Cavalli Women’s Fall/Winter 2014/15 on Thursday 20th and the Roberto Cavalli Women’s Fall/Winter 2014/15 Fashion Show on Saturday, February 22th.

For both shows I chose a location I am very attached to, the Arco della Pace in Corso Sempione in Milan.

The Fashion Show is an incredible feeling for me… a magical moment… I love to convey my dreams…

Milan these days is abuzz with Fashion Week, an important event for Italian fashion! Milan Fashion Week, established in 1958, is one of four global events dedicated to fashion that are held in New York, London, Milan and Paris.

I look forward for your comments on these two collections… two collections on which I have worked very hard. They are very special to me. Just Cavalli, my line dedicated to young people, has finally returned to shine and, along with the other lines, has grown by 30 per cent!

On February 22 there will also be the grand opening of the new mega Boutique in Via Montenapoleone, a special event where I shall meet with many guests and friends for a mega party in a new five-story Boutique entirely dedicated to my fashion…

For this special event I created an exclusive line of clothing and accessories, MONTENAPOLEONE LIMITED EDITION whose main theme is my iconic leopard prints… available exclusively in the new Boutique.

For my perfume NERO ASSOLUTO I designed an exquisite exclusive edition bottle enriched with 2500 black and gold Swarovski crystals covering the entire surface of the bottle…

I’ll see you on the 20 and 22 of February…

266. Una settimana importante…

Mi aspetta una settimana molto importante… due sfilate, Just Cavalli Donna Autunno/Inverno 2014-15 Giovedì 20 e la sfilata Roberto Cavalli Donna Autunno/Inverno 2014-15 Sabato 22 Febbraio.

Per entrambe le sfilate ho scelto una location a me molto cara, l’Arco della Pace in Corso Sempione a Milano.

La sfilata è per me un’emozione incredibile… un momento magico… amo trasmettervi I miei sogni…

Milano in questi giorni è in fermento per la settimana della moda, un appuntamento importante per la moda Made in Italy! Milano Fashion Week, la prima edizione risale al 1958, è uno dei quattro eventi mondiali dedicati alla moda che si svolgono nell’ordine a New York, Londra, Milano e Parigi.

Non vedo l’ora di ricevere i vostri commenti su queste due collezioni… due collezioni che mi hanno impegnato molto e sono per me molto speciali. Just Cavalli, la mia linea dedicata ai giovani, è finalmente ritornata a splendere e insieme alle altre linee stanno crescendo al ritmo del 30 percento!

Il 22 Febbraio ci sarà inoltre l’inaugurazione della nuova mega Boutique in via Montenapoleone, un’occasione mondana per incontrare i ospiti e amici per un mega party nei cinque piani interamente dedicati alla mia moda…

Ho creato per l’occasione una linea di abbigliamento e accessori, MONTENAPOLEONE LIMITED EDITION, il cui tema principale sono le mie iconiche stampe leopardo… disponibile esclusivamente nella nuova Boutique.

Per il mio profumo NERO ASSOLUTO ho disegnato una bottiglia esclusiva in serie limitata impreziosita con 2500 cristalli Swarosky black e gold che ricoprono l’intera superfice della bottiglia…

Vi aspetto il 20 e il 22 febbraio…

Several years ago I bought a plot of land with an adjoining farmhouse, one of those typical Tuscan farmhouses…

In this oasis of peace surrounded by the gentle hills of Chianti I had a small herd of horses, a passion I share with my son Tommaso.

Until the renovation of the farmhouse was completed Tommaso was shuttling between Florence and the farmhouse in Panzano which then became his residence.

His passion for horses and the local countryside was something that filled my heart. I saw him happy, always busy with the breeding of horses…

The decision to create a special wine was an obvious decision. We had all the right ingredients… the earth, a perfect exposure to the rays of the sun, and… all the passion of Tommaso!

Tommaso’s passion is certainly one of the most important ingredients…

Nature helped, of course, but the effort was great… Nature has its seasons and its rules!

The production of a good wine is a process that has no shortcuts… it’s a big commitment that requires constant love and attention…

The result is “un nettare di vino”… a nectar of wine… a sensory delight that envelops you. It wins you over from the very first sip…

I enjoy dressing these bottles with the characteristic traits of my fashion… a touch of fashion dedicated to such special wines…

A fine glass of my wine transports me immediately to those Chianti hills, so “dolci… gentili… perfette…”

265. Il Nettare degli Dei…

Oggi voglio parlarvi di una storia fatta di grande Passione e Amore…

Amore per la natura e i suoi prodotti, una passione smisurata e un’incredibile dedizione per ogni dettaglio..

Oggi voglio parlarvi del mio Vino. Il Nettare degli Dei è prodotto esclusivamente nella Tenuta Degli Dei a Panzano, nel cuore del Chianti…

Diversi anni fa ho comprato un appezzamento di terreno con annesso un casolare, uno di quei tipici casolari Toscani…

In quell’oasi di pace, circondata dalle gentili colline del Chianti avevo un piccolo allevamento di cavalli, una passione condivisa con mio figlio Tommaso.

Tommaso all’inizio faceva la spola fra Panzano e Firenze fino a quando non fu completata la ristrutturazione del casolare che divenne quindi la residenza di Tommaso.

La sua passione per i cavalli e per quei luoghi era qualcosa che mi riempiva il cuore, lo vedevo felice, sempre indaffarato con l’allevamento di cavalli…

La decisione di creare un Vino speciale fu una decisione ovvia, avevamo tutti gli ingredienti… la terra giusta, una perfetta esposizione ai raggi del sole, e… tutta la passione di Tommaso!

La passione che Tommaso ha impiegato è certamente uno degli ingredienti più importanti…

La natura ci ha aiutato, certo, ma l’impegno è stato grande… la natura ha i suoi tempi e le sue regole!

Produrre un buon vino è un processo che non ha scorciatoie… è un grosso impegno che richiede una passione e un amore costante…

Il risultato è un nettare di vino… una delizia sensoriale che ti avvolge e ti conquista fin dal primo sorso…

Mi diverte vestire queste bottiglie con i tratti caratteristici della mia moda… un tocco di fashion per questi vini così speciali…

Un buon bicchiere del mio vino mi trasporta immediatamente nelle colline del Chianti, così dolci… gentili… perfette…
