290. Florence – Home Sweet Home…

I love the French Riviera and the events that revolve around the Cannes Film Festival… it was such a pleasure to meet so many dear friends again…

Today I am back in Florence, home, hugging my grandchildren!
I missed my pets and I can tell you by their screams of delight they missed me as well.

Cannes has cuddled me… May is a special month for the French Riviera and every year I like to go back to get spoiled… it is like to travelling back in time… I remember when I had just opened my first boutique in Saint Tropez during the 70’s…

I am already back at work, the Uomo collection Fashion Show is less than a month away and this collection is fantastic… a breakthrough… special in every respect. I’m devoting all my energies to this collection which will mark an important moment in the history of the Maison Cavalli!

I want Cavalli Uomo to be innovating, interesting… irresistible… I want to revolutionize men’s clothing…

I have dedicated my entire life to dressing the most beautiful women in the world and now the time has come to concentrate some of my creativity to men clothes… no more boring suits… no more “uniforms”… creativity… imagination… colours… are the new parameters for Cavalli Uomo!

290. Firenze – Casa Dolce Casa…

Adoro la Costa Azzurra e gli eventi che ruotano intorno al Film Festival di Cannes… ho rivisto con piacere tanti cari amici.

Oggi sono rientrato a Firenze, casa, che bello riabbracciare i miei nipotini! Mi sono mancati i miei animali e dalle feste che mi hanno fatto al mio rientro anche loro hanno sentito la mia mancanza!

Cannes mi ha coccolato… Maggio è un mese speciale per la riviera francese e ogni anno mi piace ritornarci per farmi coccolare… e un po’ come viaggiare indietro nel tempo… mi ricordo quando avevo appena aperto la mia prima boutique a Saint Tropez agli inizi degli anni ‘70…

Sono già al lavoro, la presentazione della collezione Uomo è fra meno di un mese e questa collezione è fantastica… una svolta… speciale in ogni senso… sto dedicando tutte le mie energie per questa collezione che segnerà un momento importante nella storia della Maison Cavalli!

Voglio vestire l’uomo Cavalli per renderlo affascinante… irresistibile… voglio rivoluzionare l’abbigliamento maschile…

Ho dedicato tutta la mia vita a vestire le più belle donne del mondo e ora è giunto il momento di concentrare parte della mia creatività all’abbigliamento maschile… non più abiti noiosi… niente più “divise”… creatività… fantasia… colore… sono i nuovi parametri per l’uomo Cavalli!
