The CLASS Roberto Cavalli Autumn Winter 2012-13 menswear collection takes its inspiration from the well-known film ‘Room with a View’, directed by James Ivory. The main character of the film, a young English lord, has a very particular and intense experience living abroad in Italy along with a group of eccentrics and whimsical characters, staying for a long period of time in the magical Florence at the beginning of the 1900s.
The CLASS Roberto Cavalli wardrobe remains faithful to a typically masculine image: the traditional aspect is not only visible in the shape, but is revealed in the small decorative details, among which is the lily, which is a symbolic reference to the city of Florence.
The style is sophisticated, the cut is British, with tailor-made jackets in mohair wool with patterns varying between maxi-check prints and multicolor madras prints.

La collezione CLASS Roberto Cavalli Uomo Autunno Inverno 2012-13 prende ispirazione dal famoso film ‘Camera Con Vista’, diretto da James Ivory. Il protagonista del film, un giovane lord inglese, vive un particolare e intenso viaggio in Italia insieme ad un gruppo di eccentrici ed estrosi, soggiornando per un lungo periodo nella magica Firenze dei primi anni del ‘900.
Il guardaroba CLASS Roberto Cavalli rimane fedele ad un immagine tipicamente maschile: il tradizionale non appare soltanto nelle forme, ma si svela nei piccoli dettagli decorativi, tra i quali il Giglio, che ricordano simbolicamente la città di Firenze.
Lo stile è sofisticato, di taglio British, con giacche tailor-made in lana seta e lana mohair con fantasie che si alternano tra stampe maxi checks e stampe madras multicolor.
L’uomo CLASS Roberto Cavalli veste un sartoriale ricercato ma allo stesso tempo libero dagli schemi del passato, reinventando un guardaroba tra il classico e il casual, dando così un’ immagine glamour ma sofisticata.
