Last night I spent a pleasant evening at the Cavalli Club in Dubai where I tasted an excellent sea bass prepared in a salt crust. The chefs here prepare one of my favorite dishes – spaghetti “al dente” with fresh tomato and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. It is just the way I like to prepare this dish for myself when I am at home – simple but tasty…
I love coming to Dubai. Here I feel at home. I remember when we designed the Cavalli Club. It was a long and laborious project and I am absolutely delighted with the result… even so, every time I return here I still see small changes that can be made… minor adjustments…
A quiet evening in company of good friends and beautiful women. I must say here the women have a special way of wearing my fashions. I love to observe the contrasts of colors and the personalities that lie behind the way they dress…

Voglio confessarvi che essere arrivato al duecentesimo post mi fa un certo effetto… questo mio appuntamento con voi è diventato una piacevole consuetudine a cui non riesco a rinunciare… un appuntamento fra amici di vecchia data…
È un contatto diretto che va oltre i confini dei social network. Qui ho a disposizione uno spazio in cui posso trasmettervi le mie sensazioni, le mie emozioni senza limiti… oltre i 140 caratteri… un diario che mi permette di sentirvi più vicini e al tempo stesso vi permette di entrare nel mio mondo!
Ieri sera ho trascorso una piacevole serata al Cavalli Club di Dubai dove ho degustato un’ottima spigola in crosta di sale. Gli chef spesso mi preparano uno dei mie piatti preferiti – spaghetti al dente, pomodoro fresco e una spolverata di Parmigiano, proprio come me li preparo io a casa, semplici ma gustosi…
Mi piace venire a Dubai, qui mi sento come a casa. Mi ricordo quando abbiamo progettato il Cavalli Club di Dubai. È stato un progetto lungo e laborioso e sono soddisfatto del risultato… ed ogni volta che ci ritorno mi vengono in mente piccole modifiche… piccoli ritocchi…
Serata tranquilla, in buona compagnia di amici e splendide donne. Devo dire che qui le donne hanno un modo tutto particolare di indossare la mia moda, adoro osservare i contrasti di colori e le personalità che celano dietro il loro modo di vestire…
Un po’ di tranquillità prima di affrontare i clamori della Croisette. Quest’anno Cannes sarà un appuntamento importante. Vi racconterò tutto in prima persona…
