162. My Adventure…

Perhaps I already mentioned that three years ago, maybe four, I began to write the story of my life.

Looking back on the events of my life… year after year… moment by moment… many things have happened to me, many others I have created… the many wonderful people I have met… I would like to leave a reminder to anyone who knows me and loves me… and to those who do not know me, so they can love me! I decided to call it “My Adventure”!

I neglected so many things and so many important moments and for this reason I will never be able to finish it. I read it… I add to it… I talk to friends… many small important facts are coming back to my mind…
Often, I cannot wait to get back to my computer to continue… My Nokia Communicator helps me to take notes on the go…

I often wonder why I’m doing this and if I will ever publish it…

At school I was not a great student… I am having fun with my blog… but writing a book, on such a complicated subject as my life, seems really presumptuous!

I talk to friends whom I respect and sometimes I let them read few pages. I like to know their thoughts! I always get great compliments. It is often difficult to rummage through their remarks for sincerity.

My difficult childhood… my indifference to formal studying… the beginning of life… my first loves… then, the desire to demonstrate…

I like to leave you with a desire to learn more… Tomorrow I’ll be back with you with the adventure of my life…

162. La mia Avventura…

Forse ve ne ho già parlato, tre anni fa, forse quattro, ho incominciato a scrivere la storia della mia vita.

Ripensando agli eventi della mia vita… anno per anno… momento per momento… alle tante cose che mi sono capitate… alle tantissime altre che ho creato… alle tante meravigliose persone che ho conosciuto… desidero lasciare un ricordo a chi mi conosce e mi vuol bene… e a chi non mi conosce, per farmi voler bene! Ho deciso di chiamarla “La mia Avventura”!

Ho trascurato tante cose e tanti momenti importanti e per questa ragione, non sarò mai in grado di portarlo a compimento. La leggo… aggiungo… parlo con amici… ritornano alla mente tanti piccoli fatti importanti…

Spesso non vedo l’ora di tornare dal mio computer per continuare… Il mio telefono Nokia Comunicator mi aiuta a prendere gli appunti…

Spesso mi chiedo perché lo stia facendo e se mai la pubblicherò…

A scuola ero un pessimo studente… mi sbizzarrisco con il mio Blog… ma scrivere un libro su un argomento così complicato, la mia vita, è vera presunzione!

Mi capita di parlarne con amici che stimo, e qualche volta, ne stampo alcune pagine per conoscere il loro pensiero! Ricevo sempre grandi complimenti e mi è spesso difficile frugare nella loro sincerità.

La mia infanzia difficile… l’indifferenza allo studio… lo sbocciare della vita… i primi amori… poi, il desiderio di dimostrare…

Mi piace lasciarvi con il desiderio di saperne di più… Domani sarò di nuovo con voi con l’avventura della mia vita…

I receive so many compliments every day from my fans and admirers for the beauty of my sunglasses.

Marcolin is the largest and most important company in the production and distribution of Roberto Cavalli Eyewear. I dedicate a lot of time to studying our collections with the Marcolin designers and technicians. I am very satisfied with my day, tired but happy to have found new ideas, new shapes and new materials!

Marcolin’s creative director, Marco Galleani, had brought me some sunglasses as a surprise and as a birthday present. He knows my preferences for shape and color. We spent the first half hour of our meeting trying on the glasses and commenting upon them. The sunglasses are part of my look and I cannot help but wear them day and night!

We spend several hours analyzing all the prototypes for our next collection… changing shapes and materials… a tour de force… tiring but satisfying. Eva and Rachele help me in making decisions and choices, as well as occasionally acting as my Models!

Many new shapes, cat… rounded… drop… with rhinestones… inlaid with leather… turtle… glasses for everyone!
We thought of the different fashion trends and needs of the various countries of the world whose people love my style!

Roberto Cavalli - Eyewear 160. Gli Occhi Belli Devono Essere Protetti Dalla Luce Del Sole…

Ricevo tutti i giorni tanti complimenti dai miei fans e ammiratori per la bellezza dei miei occhiali da sole.

Dedico molto tempo allo studio delle collezioni con i designer ed i tecnici di Marcolin, la grande e importante società che produce e distribuisce gli occhiali da sole e da vista Roberto Cavalli.

Sono molto soddisfatto della mia giornata, stanco ma contento di aver trovato anche questa volta nuove idee, nuove forme e nuovi materiali!

Abbiamo trascorso la prima mezzora del nostro meeting a commentare e provare gli occhiali che il direttore creativo di Marcolin, Marco Galleani, conoscendo bene le mie preferenze di forma e colore, mi aveva portato come sorpresa e regalo di compleanno. Gli occhiali da sole sono parte del mio look e non potrei farne a meno giorno e sera!

Abbiamo analizzato tutti i prototipi che hanno realizzato per la prossima collezione. Ci siamo intrattenuti varie ore a porre modifiche alle forme e ai materiali… un tour de force… stancante ma soddisfacente. Eva e Rachele mi hanno aiutato nelle decisioni e nelle scelte, oltre ad essere occasionalmente le mie modelle!

Tante nuove forme, a gatto… tondeggianti… a goccia… con strass… con intarsi in pelle… tartaruga… occhiali per tutti i gusti! Abbiamo pensato alle diverse tendenze della moda e alle necessità dei vari paesi al mondo che amano il mio stile!

Spero di aver trovato una forma speciale anche per voi che mi volete bene!

159. Many Princes and Princesses…159. Tanti Principi e Principesse…

159. Many Princes and Princesses…

It is Maria Eva’s Birthday, she is 5 years old and she is beautiful, a Scorpio like me!

She is delightful. Maybe I sound like a fanatical grandfather, but Maria Eva is really special. A little Miss, already in love with life and all the beautiful things that compose it, especially all those little things that can make it more beautiful!

But who is she like? Surely her grandmother Eva who is her great love! She admires her beauty and elegance. She likes to hug her and savor her perfume. I cannot deny that I am a little jealous… but I’m so happy for Eva. A special woman who has devoted so much of her life to work and is now rediscovering the wonder of holding a baby in her arms again!

Rachele, to celebrate Maria Eva’s birthday, has organized a big party in the large family home. She invited all her classmates and all the grandchildren.

The invitation card was gorgeous. Rachele has found, on the Internet, a company that prints what you want in just a few hours. She designed the card so that all children received a luxurious invitation “GALA FOR PRINCES AND PRINCESSES!”

I have not had so much fun for a long time. Children are wonderful… they are always beautiful! I was amused to discover so much diversity of character in them.

All the children wore fantastic costumes. The princesses were garlanded and made up perfectly and shone in their joy with so much emotion! Some girls hesitated to join in the games of the other children… shyness… fear. Some children, clutching their mother’s hands tightly, waited for the right time to begin to roll with others. Each of them had completely forgotten to be a prince or a princess!

The moment the cake with candles arrived all the moms, dads and children gathered around the table. Maria Eva stood in the front row ready to blow out the candles… with screams of delight all around her.

Eva and Rachele had decorated a room… lots of pink balloons… a large table in the center to receive the many gifts that her little guests had kindly brought for her.

Gifts wrapped in bright colors… so much joy… wanting to have fun… and… much LOVE!

159. Tanti Principi e Principesse…

È il Compleanno di Maria Eva, compie 5 anni, è una bella scorpioncino, come me!

È deliziosa. Forse parlo come un nonno fanatico, ma Maria Eva è proprio speciale. Una piccola signorina, già innamorata della vita e di tutte le cose belle che la compongono, specialmente tutte quelle piccole cose che la possono rendere più bella!

Ma a chi assomiglia? Sicuramente alla nonna Eva, e proprio la nonna è il suo grande amore! Ne ammira la bellezza e l’eleganza. Le piace abbracciarla e assaporarne i profumi. Non vi nascondo che c’è in me un briciolo di gelosia… ma sono tanto felice per Eva. Una donna speciale che ha dedicato troppo della sua vita al lavoro e sta riscoprendo la meraviglia di tenere un bambino fra le braccia!

Rachele, per festeggiare Maria Eva, ha organizzato una grande festa nella grande casa di famiglia. Ha invitato tutti i compagni di scuola e tutti i nipotini.

Il biglietto di invito era stupendo, Rachele ha trovato in internet, una compagnia che stampa ciò che desideri in poche ore. Ne ha studiata la bozza e ha fatto avere a tutti i bambini il lussuosissimo invito, “SERATA DI GALA PER PRINCIPI E PRINCIPESSE!”

Non mi divertivo così tanto da molto tempo. I bambini sono meravigliosi… sono sempre bellissimi! Mi sono divertito a scoprire in loro la diversità di carattere.

Tutti i bambini indossavano costumi fantastici. Le principesse erano inghirlandate e truccate perfettamente e traspariva nella loro gioia tanta emozione! Qualche bambina indugiava a gettarsi nei giochi degli altri bambini… timidezza, timore. Alcuni bambini stringevano forte la mano della loro mamma aspettando il momento giusto per incominciare a rotolarsi con gli altri. Ognuno di loro si era completamente dimenticato di essere un principe o una principessa!

Il momento della torta con le candeline ha riunito intorno al tavolo tutti, mamme, papà e tanti bambini. Maria Eva, in prima fila, è pronta a soffiare sulle candeline fra le urla di tutti.

Eva e Rachele avevano addobbato una stanza con tanti palloncini rosa con al centro un grande tavolo per ricevere i tanti regalini che ogni piccolo invitato aveva portato.

Tanti pacchettini colorati…tanta gioia… tanta voglia di divertirsi… e… tanto AMORE!
