140. Fashion is Wonderful…
I have not abandoned you… I think of you… but I have not much to tell. After my fashion show, I felt the need to relax, to take care of myself, think, feel the taste and smell of my thoughts… yesterday… today and tomorrow…
I’m glad I am not younger and that I have lived my life as a long adventure. I had no fear of time passing, I never thought that tomorrow would be more beautiful than today just because I learned something more today.
Yesterday is part of my past as is fifty years ago! It happened, no regrets and no regrets about what I did and what I should have done.
Tomorrow, what I do I will try to do it better…
I never wasted a day of my life, I consider it too important to use it in a useless way…
I titled this post about Fashion, and my thoughts started to fly…
Why fashion? I wanted to go to Paris, the bandwagon of fashion has been transferred to the Ville Lumiere. I choose to follow the fashion shows on the internet. I’ve watched all the shows, day by day.
I do not know why, I have always ignored what my colleagues do. However, I cannot be totally naive about what is happening in the fashion world. If I am at a dinner with beautiful ladies I must be ready to satisfy their curiosity about what is happening in the fashion world!
This morning I called a dear friend, the biggest, the number one, as a friend and as a fashion journalist. Perhaps journalist is not the correct definition. My good friend has the great ability to judge what is right in what the fashion shows propose…
Unfortunately I have not had the chance to talk to her. She will surely be engaged in one of the many fashion shows taking place in Paris…
I wanted to ask my good friend to give me an explanation of the current fashions, why certain brands succeed… why hosannas are given to some boring designers who only offer past ideas and why the press exalts and glorifies them!
I am just thinking out loud here. I just want a better understanding of the changes currently reshaping fashion.
I will continue to tell you about my thoughts. It will help me to reflect and perhaps to understand a new language! The language of a universe parallel to mine…

140. La Moda è Meravigliosa…
Non vi ho abbandonato! Vi penso, ma non ho molto da raccontarvi. Dopo la mia sfilata, ho sentito la necessità di rilassarmi, di accudire a me stesso, pensare, sentire il sapore e il profumo dei miei pensieri… ieri… oggi e domani…
Sono contento di non essere più giovane e avere vissuto la mia vita come una lunga avventura. Di non aver avuto timore del tempo che passa, pensare che domani dovrà essere più bello di oggi poiché avrò imparato qualche cosa in più.
Ieri, fa parte del mio passato come cinquanta anni fa! È avvenuto, senza rimpianti e senza pentimenti su quello che ho fatto e che avrei dovuto fare.
Domani, ciò che farò lo farò meglio…
Non ho mai sprecato un giorno della mia vita, la considero troppo importante per usarla in maniera inutile…
Ho intitolato questo mio post alla moda, e ho incominciato a volare con i miei pensieri…
Perché la moda? Avrei desiderato partire per Parigi, il carrozzone della moda si e trasferito nella Ville Lumiere, Ho preferito seguire le sfilate su internet. Ho visto tutte le sfilate, day by day.
Non so perché, me ne sono sempre fregato di cosa fanno i miei colleghi. Non posso essere completamente sprovveduto, se mi dovessi trovare ad una cena con belle signore devo essere pronto a esaudire le loro curiosità su quello che accade nel pianeta moda!
Questa mattina ho telefonato ad una mia cara amica, la più grande, la numero uno, come amica e come giornalista di moda. Forse, giornalista non è la giusta definizione. La mia grande amica ha la grande capacità di giudicare il giusto di ciò che la moda propone…
Purtroppo non ho avuto la fortuna di parlarle, sarà stata sicuramente impegnata in una delle mille sfilate che si susseguono a Parigi…
Volevo chiedere alla mia grande amica una lezione sulla moda attuale, una spiegazione sul successo di certi marchi e il perché di una moda noiosa che osanna stilisti che propongono linee del passato che la stampa esalta e inneggia!
Non chiedo il vostro pensiero e non sono alla ricerca di complimenti. Sono solo ansioso di parlare e di conoscere la ragione del mio smarrimento!
Continuerò a parlarvi dei miei pensieri, mi aiuterà a riflettere e forse a capire una nuova lingua! La lingua di un pianeta parallelo al mio…

Once the style is chosen a picture is taken and then attached to a large panel… This is only the first choice… very far from the final look, the one that will be on the fashion show!
During the fitting every model will receive a dedicated look… we need to find the right interpreter for each of our creations… often we test the same dress out of ten girls… we are looking for perfection…!
Exciting but exhausting!
