220. A Memorable Cocktail Party in Saint-Tropez…

The French Riviera is very beautiful… Saint-Tropez is a jewel in the crown!

Maybe because I have so many happy memories here… maybe because I am in the good company of my friends… maybe because this is a special evening… maybe because I’m surrounded by beautiful women all dressed in Cavalli!

A cocktail party at Cavalli Cafe Saint-Tropez this evening for the grand opening! Not to be missed…

We arrived yesterday and, after mooring RC the mega boat, we strolled around town merging ourselves with the many tourists who, these days, transform this peaceful place into a little metropolis…

A special evening at the Cavalli Café… many, many friends are here attending this event… I’m sure that in the coming days lots of photos will begin to appear on Facebook…! Many people ask me for an autograph… a picture… and it is a pleasure to spread smiles in the company of my fans…

We continue the evening in one of those intimate restaurants, so characteristic of Saint-Tropez, that you can only find here in this corner of paradise…

Tutta la costa azzurra è molto bella… ma Saint-Tropez è un vero gioiello!

Sarà perché qui ho tanti bei ricordi… sarà perché sono in piacevole compagnia dei miei amici… sarà perché questa è una serata particolare… sarà perché sono circondato da donne bellissime vestite Cavalli!

Cocktail party al Cavalli Caffè di Saint-Tropez questa sera per l’inaugurazione ufficiale del locale! Non potevo mancare…

Siamo arrivati ieri e dopo aver ormeggiato RC, la mega barca, siamo scesi a terra cercando di confonderci con i tanti turisti che in questi giorni trasformano questa tranquilla località in una piccola metropoli…

Serata speciale quindi al Cavalli Caffè, tanti, tantissimi gli amici che sono intervenuti a questo evento, sono sicuro che nei prossimi giorni incominceranno a spuntare le foto su Facebook…! Sono in tanti a chiedermi un’autografo… una foto… ed è un piacere distribuire sorrisi in compagnia dei miei fans…

The Mediterranean Sea is the sea of a thousand faces … from the noisy holiday makers of Ibiza to the secret beaches of Sardinia … from the charming Saint-Tropez to Montenegro’s discreet Budva…

I love this… the Mediterranean Sea offers so many beauties for all seasons… all so different… each one is unique…the Mediterranean Sea always manages to please everyone!

When I designed the big boat my intention was to create a fast and powerful vessel in which I could easily move through the Mediterranean, but then I went a little overboard adding marble, granite, and all sorts of accessories for maximum comfort and to be able to enjoy a Jacuzzi while underway… I then found myself with a Mega Boat not quite as fast and agile as I had originally intended…

This is one of the reasons why Freedom was born, my Inflatable Bat-performance like a formula one… fast, agile, with hydro-jet engine technology… so different from traditional propellers!

I decided to spend a few days in the company of good friends on the Mega Boat which is ideal for entertaining guests… The Captain and crew are really good and they offer impeccable seamanship, every detail is perfect… I really ought to spend more time on the Mega Boat…!

Our final destination is Saint-Tropez, I opened my first boutique in Saint-Tropez in the early seventies and now I am there to attend the grand opening of the Cavalli Caffè… what an emotion… it will be the first Cavalli Café on French soil… I am sure it will bring me luck…

Now for a little relaxation in the pleasant company of my guests before facing the clamor of the party… the fans… the photographers… the journalists… the interviews…

I try to explain the concept to Lupo, who looks at me amazed from under the table where he has found shelter from the scorching midsummer sun. He seems to be wondering… “when is our next swim…?”

219. Mar Mediterraneo, il mare dai mille volti…

Il Mar Mediterraneo è il mare dai mille volti… dalla chiassosa e vacanziera Ibiza alle spiagge semi nascoste della Sardegna… dall’affascinante Saint-Tropez alla discreta Budva…

Amo questo Mare… il bacino del Mediterraneo offre così tante bellezze, in ogni stagione… tutte così diverse… ognuna unica nel suo genere… il Mar Mediterraneo riesce sempre ad accontentare tutti!

Quando ho progettato la grande barca, la mia intenzione era di realizzare un mezzo veloce e potente con cui potermi spostare agilmente per il Mediterraneo, ma poi mi sono fatto prendere la mano a così aggiungendo marmi, graniti, e accessori di ogni genere per il massimo confort e per potersi godere un idromassaggio durante la navigazione… mi sono ritrovato con una Mega Barca non più così veloce e agile come avrei voluto…

Questo è uno dei motivi per cui è nato Freedom, il mio Bat-Gommone con prestazioni da una formula uno… veloce, agile, con i propulsori a tecnologia hydrojet… così diversi dalle classiche eliche!

Ho deciso di passare alcuni giorni in compagnia di cari amici sulla Mega Barca, ideale per intrattenere ospiti… Il Capitano e l’equipaggio sono proprio bravi e ci offrono una navigazione impeccabile, ogni dettaglio è perfetto… devo proprio decidermi a passare più tempo sulla Mega Barca…!

La nostra destinazione finale è Saint-Tropez per l’inaugurazione ufficiale del Cavalli Caffè… sarà un’emozione… è il primo Cavalli Caffè in terra francese… qui ho aperto la mia prima Boutique agli inizi degli anni settanta e sono sicuro che Saint-Tropez porterà fortuna anche al Cavalli Caffè…

Ora mi dedicherò ad un po` di relax in piacevole compagnia dei miei ospiti prima di affrontare il clamore della festa… i fans… i fotografi… i giornalisti… le interviste…

Cerco di spiegare il concetto a Lupo, che ha trovato riparo sotto il tavolo da questo cocente sole di mezza estate, ma lui mi guarda attonito e sembra domandarmi… ”quando facciamo il prossimo tuffo…?”

218. I am in Ibiza, working and relaxing…

I am here in Ibiza to work… I know it seems impossible… the island of Ibiza is a place to have fun! I’m here to see some of the potential locations for the next Cavalli Club! Several opportunities, all very interesting…

We analyzed the numerous criteria for a Club here and the characteristics of a Cavalli Club are perfect for Ibiza… fashion, glamor, unique dishes and… great music!

Ibiza is 24-hour non-stop fun… it is also the place where the musical trends of the summer are born… the point of reference for DJ’s around the world.

If you want to go on vacation with your family and you want a more peaceful place I recommend the nearby island of Formentera, much quieter…

In addition to the work I have also spent some time relaxing… enjoying the sun and the beach during the day and in the evening wandering through the clubs…

Here I met the beautiful Irina Shayk, girlfriend of Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid. I’ve known her for some time and together we spent a pleasant evening.

Tomorrow I’ll leave. My next stop is my mega yacht, the RC, on the French Riviera. I have invited some friends… then off to Saint-Tropez for the official inauguration of the Cavalli Caffè…

218. Ibiza, fra relax e lavoro…

Sono venuto per lavoro… lo so che vi sembra impossibile… Ibiza è l’isola del divertimento per antonomasia! Sono qui per visionare alcune location per l’apertura del prossimo Cavalli Club! Diverse opportunità, tutte molto interessanti…

Abbiamo analizzato i numerosi criteri per un locala qui a Ibiza e le caratteristiche del Cavalli Club sono perfette per questa località, fashion, glamour, piatti unici e… tanta buona musica!

Ibiza è divertimento continuo… 24 ore su 24… Ibiza è anche la località in cui nascono le tendenze musicali dell’estate… il punto di riferimento per i DJ di tutto il mondo.

Se invece volete andare in vacanza con la famiglia e volete godervi un po’ di tranquillità vi consiglio la vicina Formentera, molto meno “rumorosa”…

Oltre al lavoro ho dedicato un po’ di tempo anche al relax… spiaggia… sole… e la sera tutti in discoteca… girovagando fra i locali che offrono una scelta infinita di spettacoli…

Qui ho incontrato la bellissima Irina Shayk, la fidanzata di Cristiano Ronaldo, il famoso giocatore del Real Madrid, che conosco da diverso tempo e insieme abbiamo passato una piacevole serata.

Domani riparto, la mia prossima destinazione è la Costa Azzurra dove mi aspetta RC il mio mega yacht, ho invitato alcuni amici con cui passerò qualche giorno insieme… e poi prua verso Saint-Tropez per l’inaugurazione ufficiale del Cavalli Caffè…
