Before leaving Dubai I wanted to inaugurate the Cavalli Caffè.
It was in fact a pre-launch because the Cavalli Caffè is not open to the public just yet. However, since I was there for the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience #VFDE… I had the pleasure of meeting friends and sharing with them the delicious chocolates from the Cavalli Collection!
The decor of the Cavalli Caffè, Dubai is unique but, like the others, it is inspired by my iconic animal prints. It is a place where good food and the finest pastries blend with fashion.

If you go to Dubai then do not forget to stop by the Cavalli Caffè and maybe next time we’ll meet right there…

Prima di lasciare Dubai ho voluto inaugurare il Cavalli Caffè.
È stata in effetti una pre-inaugurazione perché il locale non è ancora aperto al pubblico ma visto che mi trovavo a Dubai per la Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience #VFDE… ho avuto il piacere di incontrare tanti amici e condividere con loro i deliziosi cioccolati della Collezione Cavalli!
L’arredamento è unico ma in stile con gli altri Cavalli Caffè ed è inspirato alle mie iconiche stampe animalier. Un locale dove la buona cucina e l’arte pasticcera si fondono con la moda.
Un angolo di Toscana a Dubai. Il Cavalli Caffè Dubai è un ambiente accogliente dove incontrare gli amici per colazione, per un piacevole spuntino o un aperitivo…
Se passate da Dubai non mancate quindi di passare dal Cavalli Caffè e magari la prossima volta ci incontreremo proprio li…

I am FASCINATED by the DELICIOUS looking and aesthetic food served at the Roberto Cavalli restaurants and caffès (and I am well known -among my friends- for being a cook that LOVES cooking-. You OVERCOME Italian cuisine, though I love it. You are very lucky to be from Florence, where I have eaten the very best “tagliata di manso alla rucola” I have eaten in Italy. And it was at a modest trattoria “nella zona delle Cure”, where I stayed with my son when we went to meet you and your family in 2008. Though, I had eaten at that trattoria on a previous trip to Florence in 2005. CONGRATULAZIONI per questo futuro -ma quasi finito- caffè. Saluti
If I vindicated the “tagliata di manso alla rucola” eaten at a modest trattoria della zona delle Cure of Florence was because it made my day then to find a restaurant in Italy -and I have eaten at GREAT restaurants in Torino, Bergamo Alta, Milano, Roma and Venezia- where it was easy to eat tasty and yet healthy food. The only flaw I find in Italian food is its overabundance of carbohydrates. I am very aware of the existence of slow burning complex carbohydrates -I have been studying Medicine and Nutrition by myself for the last twenty yesrs- and how pasta al dente is burned slowly (=it releases sugar slowly into our bloodstream, as we all know).
