149. I Spent a Wonderful Day with Robert…
After an excellent lunch at Robin’s favorite restaurant we went to visit the college where he spends most of his days – magnificent!
The college is located in a large red brick building in the center of one of the most beautiful parks in London. There is a small lake with some boats that silently wander with young lovers… lots of ducks of various sizes and colors enliven the natural harmony that surrounds the famous Regent’s College!
We visit the library. Although it is Saturday, many young people are immersed in their studies. I refrain from asking questions! Then we visit the coffee shop where Robin takes his first cup of coffee in the morning before starting his lessons… one of his classrooms… I’m excited… it is comprehensible… it is the life of my “bambino” in the big city that is London… maybe… he is already a man!
I like to assimilate the tone of his voice as he describes his habits and the places that are part of his college life!
The Omar birthday dinner was fun, I was in great shape and I entertained them all. When I want I can be a good comedian!
In addition to Omar, Robin had invited two friends, two sisters from Florence. Lisa, 21 years studied in Moscow until a year ago and has now moved to London. She began to design a line of sneakers with great success. Her sister, Jessica, attended the American School in Florence with Robin and now she attends her first year of college in London.
Two very nice and beautiful young ladies! David was another friend who was invited. He is the famous former Juventus player who retired a few years ago but is still very much missed by the Juventus fans.
The other friend was Boris, the younger brother of the wife of Mr. Abramovich the Russian tycoon, one of the richest men in the world and known by everyone as the owner of the Chelsea Football Club.
We ended the evening at the Playboy Club. We had a lot of fun, I taught Robin and his friends how to play Black Jack. The croupier was a beautiful girl dressed as a bunny. WE WON! Not much, but we came out winners, very rare but possible!
We returned to the beautiful apartment, I noticed the joy in Robin’s eyes… a beautiful day with “BABBO!” *

149. Ho Trascorso una Giornata Magnifica con Robert…
Dopo un ottimo pranzo nel ristorante preferito di Robin, siamo andati a visitare l’università dove trascorre la maggior parte delle sue giornate, meravigliosa!
L’università è situata in un grande edificio in mattoni rossi, nel centro di uno dei parchi più belli di Londra. In un piccolo lago alcune barchette vagano silenziosamente con coppie di giovani innamorati… tantissime anatre di varie grandezze e colori animano tutta l’armonia della natura che circonda questa famosa Regent’s University!
Visitiamo la biblioteca, pur essendo sabato, tanti ragazzi sono immersi nello studio, mi trattengo nel far domande! Il bar dove Robin prende il suo primo caffè prima di iniziare le lezioni… una delle aule che frequenta… sono emozionato… è comprensibile… è la vita del mio “bambino” nella grande Londra… forse… è già un uomo!
Mi piace assimilare il tono della sua voce mentre mi descrive le sue abitudini e i luoghi della sua vita universitaria!
La cena di compleanno di Omar è stata divertitissima, ero in grande forma e ho cercato d far divertire tutti… quando m’impegno, posso essere un bravo attore comico!
Oltre ad Omar, Robin aveva invitato due amiche, due sorelle di Firenze, Lisa, 21 anni ha studiato a Mosca fino a un anno fa e adesso si e trasferita a Londra. Ha iniziato a disegnare una linea di sneakers con molto successo. La sorella, Jessica ha frequentato a Firenze la scuola americana con Robin e adesso frequenta il primo anno di università a Londra.
Due ragazze molto simpatiche, oltre ad essere molto belle. David, il famoso giocatore della Juventus, ritirato da qualche anno ma ancora molto rimpianto dai tifosi juventini.
L’altro amico era Boris, fratello minore della moglie di Abramovic, il grande magnate russo, uno degli uomini più ricchi al mondo, proprietario del Chelsea Football Club.
Abbiamo terminato la serata al Playboy Club. È stato molto divertente, ho insegnato a Robin e agli altri amici a giocare al Black Jack. La croupier era una bella ragazza vestita da coniglietta. ABBIAMO VINTO! Poco, ma siamo usciti vincitori, molto raro ma possibile!
Siamo rientrati nel bell’appartamento e ho notato negli occhi di Robin tanta gioia… una bella giornata con il BABBO!

When I asked him where he is taking me for dinner and if he had organized the evening to include some friends, I find out that it is the Omar’s birthday, his best friend.
There was a lot of joy in Robin’s face. I was happy to be near him and to be a “friend” among his friends!
147. A New Just Cavalli Boutique in Soho.
I took a lot of photos. The place is in excellent condition. I’ll start the project immediately with my young architects. I would like to open it up and have a big opening party this February, during the New York Fashion Week.
